21-Day Return Period

You have 21 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Process 

To initiate a return, please email return@amouibrand.com. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Conditions for Return

• Clothing must be in the same condition as received, free from odors, stains, or rips.
• The hygienic liner must remain intact.
• Original packaging must be included.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Inspection

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the garment and notify you of your eligibility for a refund or store credit.

Exchange Policy

The most effective way to get the item you desire is to initiate a return and purchase a new item.

Faulty Items

In the event you find a manufacturing defect, please email return@amouibrand.com with a clear photo. Amoui will cover the shipping cost if the item is deemed faulty prior to return shipping. A product is considered faulty if a significant manufacturing error compromises its functionality. You may choose to exchange (pending availability) or receive a refund for the defective item.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order for a refund.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased at a 30% or greater discount are considered final sale and are non-returnable, unless identified as faulty by an Amoui customer service representative. Standard return conditions still apply.
